Fun with friends

Friday evening, Ashley and Bryson came over to Nana and Papaw John's for supper and some play time. As always, the cabinets were a huge hit!

Instead of playing with the tupperware, Chloe preferred to pop a sweet pose.

It took a while, but we finally got them all to sit still long enough for a picture!

More Father's Day Fun

Monday night, we went in to Mamaw Mona and Papaw Rocky's house for a cook out and swimming. Parker was a wild man as usual!

We went up to Nana and Papaw John's for supper for Father's Day. Chloe swam with Aunt Avri. They are both water rats!

Once we got home, the kids snuggled up with Daddy on the couch. Thank you for all you do! We love you!!

Camping, Friday, June 18

After we got back from the aquarium, we went camping with Mamaw Mona and Papaw Rocky. Chloe blew bubbles for Parker to pop.

Newport Aquarium, Friday, June 18

We took the kids over and stayed in Cincinnati Thursday night. Friday we went to the Newport Aquarium. The weather was beautiful when we got there! Parker couldn't get over all the water.

We didn't make it very far inside and Parker was saying "Fish! Big'n!!"

The kids were pointing out new things to us all day long.

They had a play area with huge frogs. Parker was the first one to climb up on top of one.

Chloe just had to get a butterfly and flower painted on her face. She sat very still and did a great job while getting it done!

Happy Birthday, Uncle Caleb!

Uncle Caleb's birthday was yesterday, so we got to eat some ice cream cake! YUM!!

The kids helped blow out candles, and Parker helped to ensure the cake was extra moist...

2010 Seymour Grand Prix

The kids and I went to cheer on Daddy at the 2010 Seymour Grand Prix. He got to race in it for work and raise money for the Child Care Network.

Go Daddy!! He got third place in his race. Good job, Daddy!!

The kids decided they needed to drive too but opted for the Flinstone car instead.

Bridal Shower

We went to a bridal shower for Amanda on Sunday. Chloe helped her open her gifts, and all I heard about on the way home was how much she loves Amanda and how they are best friends.

We took the kids swimming Saturday. I always said I would never put my son in one of these suits, but here he is. Poor guy...

Parker was snuggled up in his "Bob bankit" after he got out.

With the wind, Chloe was freezing when she got out of the pool. Of course, she may have been being just a little bit dramatic.

Fishing at Starve Hollow

Chloe was catching some really nice Red Ear at Starve Hollow last week.

Parker wanted to fish too, but we only had one pole so he settled for touching them. And yes... Chloe did pick out her outfit.

Signs of Summer

The kids hung out in the back of Daddy's truck and ate fresh strawberries. Yum!!

Parker needs to work on his technique apparently... Notice the strawberry juice beard.

Chloe is a water bug this year! She loves swimming in Nana's pool! Now if we could just get her to stop skinny dipping!

Memorial Day Weekend

We went to graduation on Saturday. Congrats Emily!!

Sunday we went to Papaw John's for his birthday. The kids weren't feeling up for any pictures so we don't have any to post. Happy birthday, Papaw John! We love you!!

Monday, we planted the garden. Daddy tilled up some extra ground for Chloe and Parker to plant their very own garden. They planted sweet corn, so hopefully they'll have better luck than we did last year!
