Pumpkin Carving 101

We grew our own pumpkins this year and they were packed full of seeds. Chloe helped scoop them out, and Parker helped get rid of the seeds. Not sure that we were able to get all of them out of his mouth before he swallowed any.

 After fishing several seeds out, we decided to just give him his paci so he didn't put so much in.

Daddy was outside mowing on Sunday. Both kids stood by the window just waiting for him to drive by so that they could wave at him each time he passed the windows.

Hoosier Hysteria - GO HOOSIERS!!!!!!!!!

We went to Hoosier Hysteria last Friday to catch a preview of what IU basketball is going to look like this year.

Chloe liked hanging out on the court before it started. (There was someone standing about 5 feet from her which is why she was standing like this trying to get as far away from them as possible. She's so social...)

Chloe got her shirt signed and her picture taken with Coach Crean. This is the second year she's gotten a picture with him. The picture from last year is below this one.

Wacky weekend

Chloe made Parker look "beautiful" this weekend. Good thing Daddy wasn't home to see this...

Who is this guy??

Chloe was so worn out that she fell asleep on the floor in the car between the seats on the way home from Mamaw's house the other day.

Caleb and Emily came over Saturday night to carve pumpkins. Chloe didn't like the "nasty pumpkins" at first but ended up "helping" Emily after a while.

Parker was too busy driving his car to worry about pumpkins.

Chloe picked Emily's as the best one. She didn't care for Caleb's wolves.

Chloe is kind of a goober these days when it comes to taking pictures. One thing we can say about her is she doesn't take anything too seriously...and that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Oktoberfest Weekend

This weekend, Chloe was in the Oktoberfest parade. Mommy pushed her in her stroller behind Daddy who was driving the Indiana Bank & Trust car. She got to hang out with the hot dog from Pink Willy's before the parade and thought she was big stuff.

Despite the clouds and cold temperatures moving in, she still got to ride a few rides and had fun until she didn't win a goldfish.

Chloe got to play Mario Kart with Daddy and Uncle Trav. She had a blast and won a trophy everytime!

He wasn't interested in Mario Kart for long. It's much more fun to spin in circles until you get so dizzy you can't stand up anymore.
