Happy Valentine's Day!!

After church on Sunday, we went to Walmart to let the kids pick out some fish for the aquarium for Valentine's Day. Of course, we had to stop and ride the fire truck too before we could leave.

Mesker Park Zoo - Friday, Feb. 12

On Friday, we went to the Mesker Park Zoo in Evansville. They have a lot of indoor exhibits, and there were maybe 10 other people in the entire park that day so it was a great day to go!

Gattitown and swimming - Thursday Feb. 11

We went to Evansville last week to visit Uncle Caleb and went to Gattitown. The kids had a blast playing and riding the rides.

Parker gave Uncle Caleb some bowling pointers.

They had a bounce house and the kids had it all to themselves. Parker was wild!!

After Gattitown, we went to the hotel and went swimming. Parker apparently wanted to go skinny dipping.

Redneck sledding

Daddy and Chloe went sledding behind Papaw John's new Gator when we got the first round of snow.

Parker was so worn out from getting dressed in all his layers that he fell asleep while I got the car cleaned off before we even left to go to Papaw John and Nana's house.

He woke up and was ready for a snowball fight!

We forgot to bring the sled back with us from Papaw John and Nana's. However, we discovered that a crib mattress works just as well as a sled and is much softer.

Chloe was checking the bath water to make sure it felt just right. Parker saw her and had to put in his two cents too.

Parker saw Chloe wearing her hat and decided he needed one too and wouldn't let us help him put it on. Then they started racing each other.

Sure he couldn't see anything and ran into a bunch of walls and furniture, but doesn't he look so cute trying to be big like Chloe???
