Growing up

The kids are growing up fast! I know, I know...it was bound to happen sooner or later. I was still hoping for later.

Parker has about mastered sitting up on his own. Chloe is finding that it is a pretty fun game to see just how far she can push him before he falls over.

Look, Mom! No hands!

Chloe is Little Miss Independent now so getting dressed is a daily battle. Her favorite words right now are "I don't" and "I do it all by myself". Round 1 went to Chloe in her Dora nightgown, pink striped pants, and 5 pairs of SpongeBob socks. Yes, that did say 5 pairs of socks. She couldn't decide which color to wear, but won't Great Grandma Hackman be proud that she has those toes covered!

Round 2 went to Mommy!!

Vacation 2009

We took our first big road trip to Orlando, FL. The kids did great on the way down but were definitely ready to stretch their legs once we got there!

Of course, Chloe found the sweeper immediately....

The kids loved the pool!!

Disney was great for about 4 hours....

Chloe isn't much into smiling these days...

Parker on the other hand...

But they both had a blast at the beach!!!
